Our Products

Yes! We only use high quality, genuine gemstones in all of our jewelry. We hand-select each gem and hand-make each piece of jewelry.

Our jewelry is handmade using natural gemstones inspired by nature. Because of this, each piece we create is unique and may vary slightly in color, size, and shape. 

We are pleased to offer a wide range of sizes to fit everyone! We also offer fully customizable jewelry - create your own design here!!

Please note: All customizations are made to order, so please allow an additional 7-10 days to ship. All customizations are final sale. Discounts are not valid on custom fees.

At R.B. Amber Jewelry, we create jewelry you can LIVE in. (Wear it to bed, wear it to the gym, wear it on all your daily adventures!) Because of this, our jewelry requires very little attention to keep it looking beautiful.

Avoid wearing any jewelry in the pool or ocean.

Baltic Amber

To care for your Baltic Amber, clean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth.

Natural Gemstones

To care for your natural gemstones, clean with warm water and mild soap as needed. Rinse under warm water, and dry gently with a clean soft cloth.

Sterling Silver

Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth. Sterling silver can tarnish over time. This is natural and can be removed with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Gold-Filled

Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth. For deep cleaning, soak for one minute in lukewarm water with a touch of mild soap. Dry with a soft cloth.

Pure Copper

Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth. Pure Copper can tarnish over time. This is natural and can be removed with a jewelry polishing cloth or with ketchup! To remove tarnish with ketchup, first rub ketchup all over the copper. Then rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Shipping

Our small team carefully creates and packs each order, usually within 2-3 business days (M-F), and lovingly sends it off right to your door!

Domestic Shipping

FREE shipping on JEWELRY purchases over $50 - US orders.  We normally ship orders within 1-2 business days.

(Free shipping may not apply to non-jewelry items.)

We ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and occasionally Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery or UPS Ground.

The following shipping transit times are approximate:
USPS First Class Mail: 2-7 business days
USPS Parcel Select: 2-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

Optional shipping upgrades are automatically calculated and displayed prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

The customer is responsible for all duty and customs fees in your country of residence.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

If all packages are confirmed "delivered," please contact your local USPS/UPS/FEDEX to determine where the package may have been left. Carriers have been known to leave packages in odd locations (inside your garage, under a bush, etc.).

If your package has not been confirmed "delivered," please refer to our information below regarding shipping insurance.

R.B. Amber Jewelry self-insures all packages against loss or damage. If your package should become lost** or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.

**A lost package is defined as a package that has not been marked as delivered by the carrier within 30 days of the date shipped. Any package confirmed as delivered to your address by USPS/UPS/FEDEX does NOT fall under the "lost package" definition.

Please be sure to use a valid delivery address with a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

PLEASE ensure that you provide a CORRECT mailing address. We can not be responsible for packages that have been lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Do you need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us by filling out the form below or by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right hand corner of our website. Let us know what you would like to cancel or change and we will make every effort to assist. Please note that once your order has entered the shipping queue, it is no longer possible to make changes.
