Our bracelets are made for wearing, never for chewing!
SAFETY
Our children's jewelry is individually hand-knotted between each bead so that if the necklace were to break, only one bead would be released and not the entire strand. Our children's bracelets close with a plastic screw clasp.
Warning:Â Bracelets contain small parts. Children must be supervised at all times while wearing jewelry.

Wear your hazelwood bracelet next to the skin, under clothing. For children, remove jewelry during nap and sleep times. Hazelwood may be worn while bathing, however it should not be worn in swimming pools -- chlorine can damage the wood.
LIFE SPAN OF A HAZELWOODÂ BRACELET
Don't be alarmed if/when the bark comes off the hazelwood beads - the wood beads will change over time. Hazelwood usually lasts from 6 months to 1 year depending on the individual. Watch for return of symptoms or darkening of the ends of the beads.
