Fundraising Terms + Conditions

Fundraising event requests are not guaranteed unless submitting organization (if accepted, “Organization”) receives a confirmation email from R.B. Amber Jewelry accepting the request. If a fundraising event is approved, the fundraising time window ("Event") will be referenced in the approval email, and the following terms and conditions apply:

You will be provided with one electronic version of the Event fundraising flyer (the "Flyer") to the Organization for copying and distribution by the Organization as described below. The Flyer artwork, excluding the organization name and logo, is owned by R.B. Amber Jewelry and may be used by Organization only as described in these terms and conditions;

R.B. Amber Jewelry will donate to the Organization 30% of the total net sales (gross sales less taxes, shipping and other like fees, discounts, and other typical overhead expenses) during the Event for sales where the designated code from the Flyer is entered at the time of purchase as hereinafter described. For online purchases, a code will be provided by R.B. Amber Jewelry for customers to use when placing eligible orders during the Event. Purchase of R.B. Amber Jewelry Gift Cards do not count toward the net sales for the Event.

R.B. Amber Jewelry will mail a check to Organization for the total donation amount approximately 2 weeks following the close of the Event.

In connection with the Event, the Organization may use the name and logo of R.B. Amber Jewelry, as applicable, only to promote and otherwise factually describe the Event.

The Organization will make copies of the Flyer at its own expense. All other advertising costs related to the Event incurred by the Organization are also the responsibility of the Organization.

The Organization has the right, but not the obligation to: At its own expense, send Flyers to all supporters in the Organization’s database, post to Organization’s website, distribute to the Organization’s employees, friends, families and members of the community to promote the Event.

While unlikely, all events are subject to cancellation/change by R.B. Amber Jewelry at their discretion.

*R.B. Amber Jewelry is not responsible for any technical issues related to tracking any eligible online orders. If Organization believes that an eligible, online order was not included in the donation calculation, Organization must provide a copy of the receipt(s) for the completed online transactions within five (5) business days of its receipt of the donation.
