Limited Warranty for R.B. Amber Jewelry

All R.B. Amber Jewelry purchased directly from us or from one of our authorized retailers comes with a warranty against manufacturer defects.

What does this limited warranty cover?

Beaded jewelry: 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. Manufacturer defects include a broken screw clasp, broken thread, cracked bead, etc. *Note: Pop clasps are more fragile and have a 30 day warranty. It is normal for pop clasps to become easier to open over time. *Hazelwood beads are not covered as it is considered normal for hazelwood to peel and/or crack with age and as the wood dries out.  Hazelwood generally needs to be replaced after approximately 6 months of use, but does vary depending on each person's level of acidity. You will know when it is time to replace your hazelwood when your symptoms reappear.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from R.B. Amber Jewelry or one of our authorized retailers is 90 days from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

• conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
• lost products.
